3. How does the certification process work with your experts?
Our approach is structured in 4 key stages to guarantee transparency and efficiency:

- Initial audit : our auditors assess on-site (or remotely, depending on the standards) the conformity of your practices with the requirements of the standard.
- Decision : after examination of your file by our independent technical services, we issue your certificate of conformity.
- Follow-up : an annual monitoring cycle is set up to support you in your continuous improvement process over the long term.

4. How much does certification cost and how long does it take?
The cost and timeframe are customized according to the complexity of your organization (workforce, number of sites, type of repository).
- Timeframe : between the signing of the quotation and the initial audit, it generally takes between 1 and 3 months, depending on your preparation. The certification decision is taken a few weeks after the audit.
